I switched my Insurance company and went with Country Financial for home and auto with agent Julissa Sprycha. I had a collision stupid mistake on my part backed into a telephone pole. But filing claims has always been a nightmare with other big name insurance companies. I worked with Julissa she answered my call ASAP. She gave me easy step by step processes to get my claims filed with Country Financial. I received a check in the mail in 2 days, and this claim was placed 2 days before Christmas! Amazing. Julissa is a superb Insurance Agent. She is very knowledgeable and so easy to talk to. She makes switching Insurance companies so easy. She saved me lots of money with more coverage than my last company. So helpful.
