We used this company initially for a Generac installation. That project went well without a problem. We subsequently hired them for another project. Ownership sent newly hired, inexperienced staff who constantly needed hand holding and could not complete any tasks sufficiently. On several occasions workers were actually sleeping on the job, literally. We had to replace them with a new electrical company who in turn had to correct BSOC's error and poor workmanship. Of course as you would expect from a business owner that doesnt hold themselves accountable, they want full payment. Even for work that had to be redone. Service: Remodeling

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The main Generac company referred me to Building Services of Chicago. Wolfgang came to my home took half downpayment and never returned for installation. They stopped answering the phones or text messages.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Look at their company on Better Business Bureau.The owner Wolfgang's son came out in August, charged $144.00, said he would order the part, then this business ignored phone calls, voicemails and emails. I will be filing a formal complaint to have this company removed as a Generac dealer and also file with the Attorney Generals office.
