I can't get behind any company that sends a tech out, collects a few after telling you your problem, and then never sends a quote for the actual repair. This happened 2x, and at this point, i still haven't received a text or email nor proof in any regard that a quote was sent. The tech was fine when he came out, but none of that matters if you're not going to fix the issue and quote for the solution. I called them to tell them, and he said he'd send one out before days end. As i said earlier, I still haven't received anything in spam, text, or normal inbox. At this point, i have another plumber coming, but it's best that you should, too, just in case, for whatever reason, you never get a quote for the "solution".

I overall had a great experience with A Solution Sewer & Plumbing Inc. Trinidad was able to schedule me in, right away, when my pipes burst twice. Gabriel was able come in to replace, not only the initial pipes that burst, but the pipes that burst right after (Chicago weather does not play). During both appointments, which were just around 14 hrs apart, Gabriel was quick and efficient with his work. I will definitely be calling them again in the future.
