There is no other way to say it, Joanna and her team are dynamite!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you need a mortgage, look no further. This team at Fairway provided me with one of the best customer services experiences I have ever had. When buying your first home, everyone tells you how difficult the approval process is, but my experience was nothing close to the horror stories Ive heard. My experience was incredible, seamless, and straight forward. Joanna is a very friendly, personable, and professional individual. Shes persistent and guided me through the entire process since day one, she kept me up to date with everything. Afterhours, business hours, it didnt matter, she had one goal in mind, and she did everything to make sure I was getting the best rate and all the necessary information to get me into a home. The team standing behind Joanna was exceptional as well. They were diligent, flexible, and always available, they kept me informed with lists and deadlines, made sure paperwork was turned in and ready to go and before I knew it, I was cleared to close. If what I said already hasnt convinced you yet, this will. The day of closing, the sellers realtor was there, he told us that one of the main reasons he accepted our offer over multiple HIGHER offers, was because of a phone call he received from Joanna, the day we put our offer in. Joanna called to vouch financially on our behalf. This really impressed the sellers and brought them a lot of confidence in ensuring that our offer was legit.
