Hello White Sox, Thank you for your review. We appreciate your feedback and would like to address your comments. Firstly, we are sorry that you were not happy with the chicken entree. We would have loved to have known that at the time and would have gladly offered a different option. We would like to clarify that a majority of our party's/events are indeed self-serve buffet style. This format has been selected by our guests as it allows them to have more control over their dining experience and also helps us to offer them competitive pricing. We understand that this style may not be everyone's preference, but we strive to accommodate the diverse needs and budgets of our clientele.Regarding the accessibility of our bathroom stalls, we acknowledge the importance of complying with ADA regulations. Our largest stall must be wheelchair accessible, even if it means reducing space in the smaller stall. Ensuring accessibility for all our customers is a priority for us, and we appreciate your bringing this matter to our attention.Thank you again for sharing your feedback.
