The lights are on, but nobodys home! Seriously, for the past 2 weeks Ive arrived at this location at varying times (typically 12pm and 7pm, both within this shops open hours). Every single time, the door is locked and nobody is there despite the lights being on. Perhaps this is now an abandoned building, which is unfortunate since I had a wonderful experience here last month. The least you could do is put a note on the window!

My first visit to this Kratom shop. I was very specific capsules are the only option for me. My purchase of $113 was placed in a bag and off I went. Long story short I open my bag of train wreck and realize it is powder. Yes, I should have paid better attention. I return to store with bag. No refund and a discount of $5 off the product I initially should have received. Too many other shops available. Handed my buy 10 get 1 free card. No thanks.
