I cannot say enough about this post office in America. Not only is the outside beautiful, so are the people inside. Great, courteous, knowledgeable and will help as much as they possibly can with shipments. Thanks! Think the outside should have Steve Hartman out here to talk with Frank personally.

Your delivery drivers obviously do not know what restricted delivery is on certified mail. You might want to teach them how to read a simple green slip before allowing them to drive a car that requires you to read road signs.

Person at the front desk treated me like a moron. I'm SO sorry that I looked at the boxes when you said BOX. I guess I'm supposed to know that you meant envelope.
Here's a tip: if someone is clearly unsure, even said "I've never done this before" and asks "could you help me with this?" Don't be rude, don't shake your head and roll your eyes at someone that needs help because it inconveniences you or whatever the issue was today.
I will never go back to this branch of the postal service. I will always go out of my way to make sure I never have to set foot in this establishment ever again.
