I've called and spoke with the "director" of transportation on several occasions about incidents on my daughters bus #14 with the new driver and have gotten no where. My daughter is 9 and has rode the bus since she was 5 never have I had any incidents until this lady took over! And when I try to speak to the bus driver to see what's going on she shuts the door in my face and drives off. The director told me sorry mam they are on a tight schedule and don't have time to chit chat. This woman is making my child very uncomfortable to the point that she is terrified of getting on the bus! This is not acceptable!
