I called at 8:00am and the leaking dishwasher valve was replaced by 9:30am. Speedy and very pleasant to do business with.

Sadly as I write this review , here on Thanksgiving day at 9pm our home does not have hot water , we failed home inspection and lost a $140,000 sale officially, we have a $1,000 Rinnai tankless water heater that was recommended to be serviced by tilley and sons of manteno il, I had called and given my service and case number , and was scheduled for in home service, then I was called and canceled , sometimes I was given a excuse of my home being so far away , 35 miles , but then told the tech was servicing Naperville over 60 miles away , all in all I was scheduled 3 times and they canceled the night before , promise after promise and they were a no show , I was given dates and times and no one ever came , I have waited 30 days now for a company that hasn't even come to diagnose let alone order parts . I am a 3rd generation contractor , and this is the worst way to treat your customers , anyone who asks my experience will receive my honest version of how I was mistreated and left hanging 30 days before and now on a holiday by tilley and sons of manteno il , i cant ever use them or refer them.
