        They are overwhelmed at this chipotle. They run out of salsas and proteins. But the staff seems to keep up a good attitude. If you are on a road trip you might try the one just north or order for pickup. Parking: Big strip Mall. Lots of parking. Kid-friendliness: There's outdoor dining also. Perfect for the kids. Free refills are also a kid pleaser. There's giant quesadillas and a special kids meal that my boys loved!

        NO VEGGIES, NO BURRITO SHELLS, CHARGING $3.50 for a small queso. Its 8:00pm Im pretty sure they closed at 10PM. Why am I charged full prices for veggie tacos when theres no fajita vegetables. While an employee was wrapping my food another employee is standing right there showing off her Dunkin drink. Chipotle has really gone down. Needs a revamped its embarrassing. I do not remember chipotle being this horrible.

        Restaurant was out of critical items. No steak, corn salsa, mild salsa. Very small amounts of cheese and lettuce was given to us. And we got the last bag of chips.

        The last 8 times I have ordered through their app, I have had the wrong order or missing items. They never tell me that items are missing, so until I started asking at the store, theyre just hoping people will be okay with it. Yesterday I was in there, and while I waited, no less than 10 people had incorrect orders. Terrible. How can you run out staple ingredients over and over again without alerting the company that there is a major problem to fix? I would avoid this location completely. *I will add this, since Im unable to respond to the companys response. I have contacted the organization directly after each instance. They give refunds, free drink orders, BOGO offers. But they never mention specific steps to solve the problem. And they are not interested in collecting the right information to pass along in order to solve the problem. Why bother with a BOGO if the orders will just be missing items again?
