Dr Oo is great! She listens to what you have to say and takes her time at each visit. She will work together with you to find a solution. I never have to wait long at each visit. Definitely recommend!

I went to Dr. Oo for assistance after developing a rare neurological disorder that initially left me with temporary partial paralysis, muscle atrophy, and nerve damage. This later progressed into my chest causing extreme difficulty in breathing - to the point I would be winded just to stand or even lying down She ran a pulse ox on my finger, said the readings were fine, that I was fine and that she felt my symptoms were psychosomatic. That she treats patients with triple cancer diagnoses who complain less than me and I should be grateful. I thankfully went on to a different facility where it turned out my neurological disorder had progressed into a different disorder, causing significant compression of the blood vessels, in my chest, bilaterally. While I would not have expected she be able to determine such a diagnosis, as it required additional testing - it was so invalidating, offensive, and frankly upsetting to essentially be told it was in my head and discounted so carelessly. In addition, my insurance company contacted me afterwards offering me free counseling, indicating they were informed I might be going through something traumatic - meaning not only did she discount me as a patient, she also conveyed her thoughts to my insurance company. I am thankful for the medical team I went on to see for taking my pain seriously and taking the time to explore it. I will be meeting with a thoracic surgeon for hopeful resolutions.

I like Dr Oo, she took care of my brother for many years. Then she was there for me, Dr Oo listens and pays close attention. She really cares about her patients!!!
