        Very poor at best at getting u loaded..showed up at 830 for a 10am appointment cause traffic sucks ..was put in one door then two hours later moved to another door then at 130pm finally loaded and then I was given an attitude when I asked why it took so long to load ..

        I had a delivery here. Tried calling for 2 days to see about getting unloaded a day early. I left at least 5 voice messages, including my number. No one responded. Several of the extensions had full mailboxes. Upon arrival, she snickered when I told her about the calls. They did give me a dock door and said I could unhook and go elsewhere until morning and they'd unload me first thing. I asked what time I'd be done and she said 11:30-12. 3 1/2 hours to unload an 8 a.m. appt? Crazy. I got out about 10:45 so I guess they're ahead of schedule. Poor customer service and awful when you can't reach them by phone. Easy place to find and ample approach for backing.
