DNH distribution in Bolingbrook is the worst company you can work for because of one employee Tim Kelly This man is the IC supervisor and should be fired 10 times over. hes undeserving of his position. He breaks all the rules in the building. He creates a favoritism fence. Hes a tyrant and a racist every time he speaks, hes insulting and belittling the employees he has no actual management skills and hes more concerned about keeping his job than doing his job .I physically seen him cuss out the plant manager Clem, who is a great guy.but because Tims brother-in-law is HR nothing can be done about him. Everyone in the building complains about him. and he just creates a toxic environment for everyone which I dont see how corporate cant see that this is bad for business. The only thing that I can thank this company for is for letting me go and forcing me to go to a much better much higher paying Company you will never get the respect that you deserve at this company.
