I called Pure Plumbing because they were a certified dealer for a tankless water heater I wanted. Ken responded quickly and came out to survey the area and provided a quote. All his reviews were positive and his was the best price. He was able to come out a couple of weeks later and did the job spectacularly! Not only is he a professional, he is personable and easily explained to my untrain ears what he was doing. Previously, it took a long time to get hot water to our kitchen, but with the recirculating function of the heater, it is now almost instant! Thanks to him we are getting great hot water throughout the house. A job well done! Will definitely call him again for any plumbing needs!

Ken recently installed a Navien instant water heater in my home. It was an emergency replacement if a worn out Navien system. Kens speed, responsiveness, professionalism, and union trained expertise were top notch all the way. He even suggested adding a hot water return system that enables us to have hot water at the tap in seconds. All for a price that was very competitive versus some of the big shops.
