Nancy's Pizza

I have bought pizza here for the past 4 months was ok when they follow the instructions. Decided to buy a large pizza tonight burnt the pizza $35 bucks last time buying from them I had in the instructions dont burn the pizza. Pizza burnt up last time I was wondering why its always few patrons when I go here I know why they burn your pizza up.

Ordered online and got a pickup time. Arrived a few minutes early to ensure pizza wouldn't be sitting getting cold. Was told it would be another 20 minutes. So clearly pizza wasn't even in the oven yet. After 25 minutes was told it would be another 12 minutes - so pizza still wasn't in the oven an hour and a half after I ordered it. If I hadn't already paid for it, I would have cancelled. Finally, after another 17 minutes I was able to pick up the pizza. There were several other customers waiting, who similarly were more than 30 minutes past their pickup time. There was no apology, no explanation, no thank-you for your patience. No respect at all for the customers' time. Pizza shops are everywhere, and poorly managed businesses go down all the time. If this continues the new owners won't be there long.

GREAT FOOD, great service. Food was hot and fresh and the workers were super and friendly. Love this place!
