Family Eye Care of Bolingbrook

Little things count. I stopped by today to see if they could help me out. I'm here visiting my father in memory care. On the flight out here one arm of my glasses broke. I was hoping they could attempt a temporary fix, but as soon as the people up front found I hadn't gotten my glasses from them, they wouldn't even try.  I stopped by Costco, and they took care of me quickly as if I was a valued customer. Do with that what you will.

Caring and highly proficient optical specialist. Do my annual diabetic eye exam. I work in IT, so my eyes are my livelihood. My eyes great great care here.

Each time that I go I have a great customer service experience. They always go above and beyond to let me know the best deals to get the most bang for my buck. I love how welcoming each person is from being greeted to when you leave the whole customer experience is great!!!

Family Eye Care is a great place to go for contacts and glasses! I have seen all the optometrists that work here and they are professional, knowledgeable, and friendly! I needed more contacts, so I gave their office a call and their techs were able to order them to my house in a jiffy without having to come in for another appointment! I really appreciate that during this time. They have a great facility that includes a drive-thru, which is a great no-contact way to pick up your glasses, sunglasses, or contacts without having to come in! When you do need to go in for your appointments, I have never waited more than 5 minutes.
