I arrived very early. I don't mind waiting. Being admitted was easy. Person was pleasant taking my information. When admitted I wasn't forgotten. Staff attended to my needs. My b/p was in danger zone. Dr. McNab was genuinely concerned about my well being. I have admiration for strangers that care for my health. I commend them and all staff. And Dr. McNab. Thank you

Provider Weber in OB/GYN is very unprofessional and inconsiderate. I was scheduled for a pap smear and have already had to reschedule this appointment as she canceled same day the last time. I went in for my rescheduled appointment and was told they would not be able to do my exam because my 1 year old child was with me. I waited an hour in the waiting room to be seen and was never informed that my child could not be in the room with me. She was in a stroller and very calm. I had no choice but to bring my child with me because I had no one to care for her at the time of my appointment. I have seen this provider before and at the last appointment we spoke about me scheduling for a pap smear and she never mentioned I wouldnt be able to bring my child (as I always bring her to my appointments with me). You would think they would be able to accommodate for a one time instance when I was already waiting a long time for my appointment. This was a huge inconvenience and unprofessional. On the other hand, the nurse was very professional and tried everything to make the appointment work. I really appreciate her efforts, but the provider was very unprofessional and not understanding what so ever. They need to inform patients of these rules beforehand. What a waste of my time.
