        Bioterrorist brought ten vials of someone elses blood into my home, came unprepared for the tests that were ordered, and then attacked me forcing me to defend myself, now they keep placing me on hold. I was certified in 1981 and for a time ran my own laboratory, for this so called technician to grab my breast, was criminal, I can only assume he/she was a bioterrorist who planned on spinning ten different vials of blood without measurement or concern, and just let it fly. Elderly, ill, and poor people are not your enemy OPtima lab. For your unprofssional staff to keep putting me on hold is extremely un-professional and shows dark intent. DO NOT ALLOW THEM INTO YOUR HOME!

        Just got labs drawn at my home from optima lab, the lab technician (Carlos Munoz) was very good at what he does!!!! I'm a 65 yr old disabled female that has been told for the last 30 years i don't have good veins, he stuck me and drew my labs in about a minute, very happy with. Optima!!!!
