        I have had multiple issues with this organization. Their customer service and communication is absolutely horrible. On average it takes 3-4 phones calls to get someone to return your call. The secretary who answers the phone has no knowledge about the company and only takes your information. I have never had the actual insurance agent call me back, its always an assistant. Claims take forever to process and they are over priced. If you like paying a lot of money and getting little in return, then this is the place for you.
