        I just want to recommend this agency to help provide in home services for your loved ones!!! Hattie and her team members were so professional. They took the time to answer all my questions and although we worked with them for a short term period, I have to say this was the BEST agency I ever worked with. I have an numerous experiences with different home-health agencies and In-Home helped me realize that not ALL AGENCIES are the same. With In-Home, you can count on them to show up for your family members needs and they are excellent with communication!!

        My experience working with In-Home Caregivers has been amazing. My Great-Aunt is dealing with dementia and is profoundly deaf. Hattie and Isoken are incredibly flexible and so so so(I cannot emphasize enough) patient and understanding. My Aunt can be incredibly difficult in certain regards and the empathy and grace that these women handle and serve her is truly something else. Lataya and Maribel have also worked with her and were very receptive to meeting and exceeding her needs. I strongly recommend trusting these women into the homes of your loved ones. They are such a godsend!

        In-Home Caregivers is absolutely wonderful to work with. The support provided is the very best. Isoken and Team are attentive to the Clients needs. This is my first caregiving experience and I had no idea what to expect. I'm very pleased with the care and communication. Great choice for Caregiving.

        Wonderful caregivers! Compassionate, patient, kind, loving, and experienced. It's a good feeling knowing your loved ones are in good hands. The owner of the agency is trained in medicine, which is helpful in emergencies. I would highly recommend this agency - look no further!

        I highly recommend In-Home Caregivers of Illinois. The level of care, compassion, flexibility and professionalism provided was very much appreciated. I searched for assistance to help me care for my mom who suffers from Dementia. It was difficult for me to trust her care to someone else. Isoken took the time to understand my moms needs as well as mine. She showed genuine interest in my moms care and compassion for her delicate condition. The caregiver selected (Helen) has been nothing but amazing! Helen is patient with my mom and I know I dont have to worry when Helen is with her. Isoken has continued to check in on us to make sure my mom is happy! Helen and Isoken made me trust the process and feel comfortable with others helping me with my mom.
