Steven helped us find an insurance plan for our family. Given the complexity of the process we had a lot of questions. He was extremely responsive and helped us consider multiple scenarios and the best insurance options for each one. His depth of knowledge on the availability of plans on and off exchange, coverage options in different states, subsidies and all the other factors to consider was incredible. I worked with Steve to enroll my parent in an ACA plan. Steve is incredibly knowledgable, professional, responsive, and kind. I have never worked with anyone within the ACA healthcare segment who is more knowledgable than Steve. Steve was incredibly patient and a true advisor through the ACA enrollment process, which is at times convoluted and cumbersome. Steve is a consummate professional who was always responsive and invested a significant amount of his own time to ensure that there was no ambiguity about the process and plans. Steve genuinely cares about his clients and it's apparent given the aforementioned. I highly recommend Steve to anyone who is about the start the ACA enrollment process.
