I don't have words to describe Sam and his crew. We went there 2 weeks ago to buy furniture for our apt and Sam helped us find everything we needed. He even gave us discount on some items he had in store. We were more than happy with the purchase, especially since I was 9mo pregnant, and he told us that all will be delivered within 3 days, in the meantime, I gave birth to my baby and was in the hospital. After 3 days, he called me saying that living room sectional will not be able to be delivered before the end of that week. Since I wasn't at home, I figured that that won't be an issue. At the end of the week, he found out that sectional will not be able to be delivered before the 17th of this month. Since, that was 3 weeks away, he offered to deliver sofa and a loveseat so we can use it until our sectional arrives. I cant explain the words of gratitude I felt at that moment. He even had his crew put the sofa on the truck at the same moment and everything was in our apt within 45min. Eventually, sectional arrived today (9 days early) and he delivered it the same day. So if you need good furniture, with more than decent price and perfect customer service, USA furniture is your place.
