Ive received a few flower arrangements from this florist and would NEVER recommend. I think Jewel does a better job with arrangements than this business. One year I had my husband return the flowers he received because they were so poorly crafted and the flowers were not fresh. Never again. The owner was also rude and made a spectacle of the situation when all we wanted was a refund. This place deserves zero stars.

Flowers couldnt be delivered because the recipient wasnt home. The next day they called me and said the flowers werent looking the best and asked if they could replace them with new ones of a slightly different color for no charge! Great service and very friendly staff

I had a great experience ordering in person. Very friendly and helpful girls in the front desk. This place is magical!! The quality not only of their service but the flowers and the knowledge of the flowers is superb!
