        My daughter had an appointment and after being there for an hour and a half they tell me that I still need to schedule her cleaning because that was not done! Apparently this is not done for afternoon appointments and I wish I was told this before making an appointment and having to schedule yet another appointment just for the cleaning. Ive never been to a dentist that does not do the cleaning on the same day as the exam and x-rays.

        It went well the only problem I have is that I can not get a holl of any one on the phone I needed help and no one called me back not to happy

        I normally would not leave a negative review but I am frustrated. My appointment for a consultation with Motto Aligners was scheduled at 8:00 this morning. I arrived a few minutes late (8:04) and filled out paperwork that took less than five minutes and they brought me back at 8:20. With my previous experiences with invisalign consultations, I was in and out (with a price estimate) in 30-45 minutes, if that. But today I left at 9:55 after no one checking in on me. I work in customer service at a grocery store and understand someone calling in sick, but I would much rather have been sent home with them calling me back later than having to wait as long as I did. Everyone was super friendly and the woman doing my x-rays was awesome, just very annoyed at the time wasted.
