I went to T-Mobile at this location today. At approximately 11:30 AM. At 12:30 I was still not waited on. There was 2 other customers being waited on.Then some more customers came into the store and were given priority over me Because they were there to pick up an order which means the new sale was more important than helping an existing customer. I asked for the supervisor she did come out. She apologized and she did assist me. I think T-Mobile should not have rules whereas customers that are making new purchases Get first preference over waiting existing customers. This really sucks.

I love coming to this T-Mobile, the staff is amazing and super helpful and I always feel welcomed when I come in. I've been here multiple times within the last few months, and each time I go in the staff is so nice and patient with any questions that I may have. Even when it's busy they don't seem bothered and take time with each customer which I appreciate.

came in to upgrade my phone and my sons phone after sitting and going over how much it would cost and the phones we wanted the store clerk Furquan went in the back and told us they don't have either of the phones then said they have a different phone went back again and said sorry we don't have that one either but we have this one I ended up not getting a phone but we were going to get my son one and he told us it would be free if we added a line then he looked at our plan and told us we don't qualify beyond frustrated and I have been a T-Mobile customer for many years never have been treated this way
