Metro by T-Mobile

I arrived into the store with my mother-in-law and she accidentally touched the phone it was not bolted in and it fell over we told the lady at the front desk and she yelled at us and told us we are not supposed to pick the phones up. We did not pick the phone up all my mom did was brush against it and it fell over if they had a boat holding their phones incorrectly that would not happen. The lady after this was very rude and inconsiderate my mom was planning on buying a very expensive phone shame on you metro pcs horrible service you should hire a new person cuz the person you have working there is rude inconsiderate makes it to where I had to ask my mom let's leave I cannot handle this she was so rude to us for absolutely no reason and then mumbled cuss words under her breath as we were walking out. This just happened about 20 minutes ago and I am so angry I'm going to cancel my meteo T-Mobile service and call metro T-Mobile customer service. Horrible horrible horrible customer service skills at that store!!!!!

Just now I was in the T-Mobile Metro store I watched the employee get down right nasty for absolutely no reason to another customer because they accidentally knocked a phone over it was an older lady too in her 70s who did it and the lady was cussing under her breath at her it was horrible I decided to go ahead and leave with the other customers and I will not be returning to the store.

I was in the store and the employee was very mean to me I accidentally knocked over a phone that was not bolted in and I was told to not pick up the phones and I did not pick the phone up all I did was touch it and it fell over the lady cussed at me and was very rude I am 76 years old and do not appreciate being treated this way. And the store to anybody horrible customer service and the rude to older customers! If I could give negative Stars I would!!!

Just spoke with an employee and was charging more for activation fee , she wasn't even making sence why she was charging me $260 for a free phone . Avoid this location
