Customer service had gone in the negative at this branch. I was told I could use a super ATM, but we do not have any tellers, until a future date. Why do I have any money in this bank, think about this.

No live drive up teller just ATM machine. Limited regular banking activity inside. Go elsewhere

Ive been trying to contact someone there for weeks for help with an account. The phone # they have goes to a recording and you cant leave a message. Ive had to go in a couple of times to ask for help its like pulling teeth. I finally got some help today. The girl who greeted me was nice. I think Francine. But the account specialist who helped me Danielle couldnt have been more rude and unhelpful She told me the bank couldnt help me with the account but not before questioning me and acting like I was a criminal. If she knew this was the case why not call me and tell me. Save me the trip there, and having to deal with her rotten attitude. I will look forward to moving my money to a bank that appreciates customers

The wort branch ever. People are lazy and slow. They dont care about anything, just how to sit still, look at the wall, and pretend they are not on the planet Earth anymore. Jesus, please help this place and hide all donuts and cookies that employees could not find them anymore.
