No one ever responded to my inquiries on behalf of my church, at the request of Church Council, for services advertised. Looks like reviews are not a reliable metric for this business. Thank you for your reply, everyone loves to be blamed by a business for their shortcomings. I used your website and Scheduled a call, at least twice, with ZERO response. I know it was peak tax filing season, but churches do not file tax returns, and while I assumed you have individuals as clients, I expected some type of return communication, but no effort was put forth by this firm, leading me to believe that the website overstates the services.
