Lorene the Hair Artist

Lorene was amazing !!!! I recently took a trip to Chicago for one of my best friends babyshower, and was in dire need to get my hair done for the weekend. With my last minute antics, I was so stressed out trying to find a stylist who is great with natural hair, attentive, and who can squeeze me in last minute. I was recommended to Lorene, and I was just so grateful and happy with the service ! Not only did she slay my silk press, she was kind, very nurturing to my hair, and just overall what other hair stylist should be like. Thank you so much Lorene ! I will definitely be getting my hair done by you again when I come back to Chicago.

Lorene did her thing! She had a vision for my hair & I trusted her with the vision which resulted to a full color change. She was very nice and outgoing. The salon is very beautiful and welcoming. My overall experience with her was amazing and I will be coming back for touch ups. Service: Balayage

ZERO STARS. 7-19-23: I called days ago, made an appointment, was told to bring cash, showed up on time, but there was no stylist. The only person in the building said she already had a client and took her client into a side door and closed the door. After waiting in the front alone for 30 minutes, and listening to TLC's song called Scrubs on repeat, I walked out. It was my first time there. Bad experience. I went to my car and made an appointment with another business. Maybe this salon doesn't like new people? Unprofessional? Lazy? I don't know what's wrong with this place. I wouldn't recommend it unless you want your time wasted.
