My son bought a car this pat fall and the warranty was for 30 days after purchase. The car's transmission went out with in the 30 days and I made multiple attempts to contact sale man with no answer.

My boyfriend and I had purchased a 2003 Lexus and the process of buying the car went smoothly. However, we never received the title in the mail. When we called, they said they would issue us a replacement title. However, they made a spelling error on the envelope leading to the letter getting lost in the mail. They basically told us that it's our issue to solve now. Now we are stuck with a car that we can't sell or do anything with. I understand problems happen, but they need to fix the issues they created.

Absolutely loved this place, Tim amd Orlando are extremely personable and friendly and got us exactly what we were looking to get for our trade in, by far the best car buying experience so far and if the right car lands on their lot, I will definitely be back for a second buy. I back this place 100% and that has never happened for me before. Thanks guys.
