I was in and out in less than 1/2 hour. Love that I could get prescriptions there when I was not feeling well and with other places would have to go to pharmacy to get my prescriptions. Which was another stop and more time wasted when im not feeling well. Was a one stop shop.

DO NOT GO HERE!! We have VOICE RECORDINGS OF THE UNBELIEVABLY NASTY LADY NAMED KIM THAT WE WILL POST IF WE HAVE TO. Every single time Ive gone here (thrice) most of the staff are so unbelievably rude, they take so long even when no one is there, even if you have an appointment they will push you aside and take others first EVEN IF YOU GOT THERE BEFORE THEM AND HAVE AN APPOINTMENT. Also who could forget how nasty the Drs are there. Ive had Kim who is probably the rudest person Ive met in my life and she works in HEALTHCARE. Having decent human manners is clearly not in her skill set (nor is being a good Dr) DO NOT GO HERE. I have full belief all the reviews that are 5 stars are faked because this town knows how bad they are here. You have a better chance of getting help from the homeless people on the street than going to these clowns. If this OSF had any common sense they would clean house and hire decent capable employees.

I am rarely sick, and avoid going to the doctor for issues that I can easily address at home. This fall I had an ongoing cold, which I was able to manage with over the counter meds...until I wasn't. I have had many colds as well as many sinus infections and could tell this was no longer a cold, so I visited the Urgent Care on IAA. I didn't have to wait long, and the nurse who checked me in was wonderful. The rest of my experience wasn't. The physician who came to my room was PA Michael de Venecia, and he did a quick assessment. I explained my symptoms, and my history, and he stepped back, looked me up and down and said "you don't look sick to me". He was extremely condescending in his demeanor and made me feel like I was wasting his time. He explained to me that I needed to continue on my over the counter medicine (which I told him I had already been taking for over a week) and "let my body heal itself". I explained that I wasn't able to sleep due to sinus pressure, pain, and congestion, and he prescribed a sleep medicine-that's all. I left feeling defeated and frustrated, but since he's the medical professional, thought maybe I was getting wimpy with age. However, within a week, my illness had progressed extensively. I then went to the Urgent care on Greenbriar where I was diagnosed with pneumonia. I had to follow up with my primary care physician a week after that. After completing all of my medications, I fell ill 3 days later with strep throat. After seeing my primary care for that appointment, she felt that the medication I had been given hadn't completely gotten rid of the previous illnesses, and could have been prevented by having adequate care from the beginning. I revisited the IAA location, asking to speak to someone about PA Michael's lack of medical expertise and unprofessional demeanor, however, they said they don't have anyone on site to speak to-but encouraged me to write this review. The IAA location has very convenient hours, which is why I visited in the first place, but I would urge everyone to be careful who you receive care from. If Michael walks in your room, you're better off walking out. I have now been to 6 appointments and paid hundreds of dollars in co-pays and medications, in addition to feeling horrible for a month, because of his incompetency. I have missed work, time with my family, and Thanksgiving for something that could have been prevented with someone who truly listens to and cares for their patients.
