Do not use this company for anything. Damaged my property when delivering furniture. They promised a check would be cut for the damages they created and I would have it in 3 weeks at the very latest. After 4 weeks it still has yet to be mailed. They claim due to covid there is a backlog cutting checks. Its been one lie after another. Do not hire this company as they are so unprofessional and scammers.

Any business that uses this company to deliver their products will not recieve my business. I had a bed delivered to my home and one of the delivery drivers stole a cologne bottle off my dresser. I was told to do a police report if I wanted a refund for the stolen merchandise. I did the police report and now 2
months later still no update on my refund. Also sent an email 1 week ago and still no response.

Delivered a washer and dryer, installed it incorrectly, damaged an outlet. Caused my wife and I to be mildly electrocuted several times due to improper installation. I had the damage repaired and sent the bill to them. They ghosted me for nearly 5 weeks and did not reply to email or calls. Eventually they sent me a letter refusing blame and now I am on the line for $450.

I had a delivery from Ashley routed to this company. They poorly packed their vehicle and my item did not fit on the truck. They did not contact me in any way to tell me this was happening. And so I got rid of my original items as I had planned. Now I have no couches to use today because this unprofessional garbage company decided that I didnt need to be made aware of this fact.

Awful, Do not Use!!!This company setup and installed a treadmill for me purchased from Costco.The hastily assembled it and ran out the door without even checking that it worked. when I went to use it my circuit breaker tripped and I found the belt motor belt in 5 pieces crammed under plastic covers. I had them bring me another one and found upon removal that they put a massive gouge in my hardwood floor during assembly.  I filed a claim but they refused to to take responsibility for it (called me a liar).  Now I am left with a bill to pay on top of waiting for my product for three weeks. I really can't describe how unhappy I am with this experience. Speed seems to be their only objective, quality of work and other peoples property does not seem to matter to them.
