        Beyond me how they get 5 stars. Set up online appointment, got confirmation via text and email. Took off work for said appointment only to be told after waiting 15 minutes in lobby that he didn't have time for us, told him I had confirmation from them of our time and location but, "he didn't have time and wasn't interested in seeing their text."
