I work at GNRSYSTEMS as a full-time employee (More than 3+ years). So far my experience is pleasant. Account Managers are much helpful, and keep me up to date on contract extensions and client feed back from time to time. whenever requested address requests and concerns in short notice. Provide much support in skill enhancement to be up to date in market.

AFTER 2.5+ YEARS OF MY STRUGGLES AND MENTAL TORTURE I AM LETTING EVERYONE KNOW ABOUT THIS EMPLOYER GNRSystems Inc. AS I DON'T WANT ANYONE H1B CONSULTANTS SHOULD STRUGGLE LIKE ME. WORDS ARE SWEET BUT ACTIONS ARE COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. Here I am sharing my personal experience with GNRSystems Inc/GNRSystems in my 2.5 years of pathetic working experience with them. Its worth reading COMPLETE REVIEW FOR YOURSELF AND FOR YOUR FAMILY. I MEAN IT. I have been facing hell lot of issues from the time I started working this employer from 2020 to till date even after resignation they are torturing me without paying my pending payments of ~13000 till date. I have been following up with them, escaped to higher management, even to the president Praveen K Shyamala, no luck as of today. Not just this, basic responsibilities like H1 Transfers, GC/PERM Processing, Legal/Supporting Documents, Health Insurance, Transparent communication nothing will be done on time. Here are key issues which I personally went through: H1B Transfer - Took almost 11 months from the date of filing for approval. They dont share anything status or documentation with consultants. H1 Transfer Documents, RFEs & Responses, absolutely 0% communications from them. Perm Filing Promised GC processing will be started immediately after joining. But, even after 2 years I dont see any confirmation. They keep saying they are working on it but they won't until your cap tenure is completed. 401K Plan Policies change every week in the game of FTE/Percentage employee discussions. It should start at the time of joining but not even started even after 2 years with many reasons. FTE/Handbook/Training - Never get into a trap of Full Time Employment (H1B Consultants) with GNR Systems/GNRSystems Inc and be careful with Handbook which has 1.5 years of contract agreement & training with penalty which will not be discussed with. Be very careful and don't sign blindly without reading the Handbook completely. It also has provided training, not sure how they can train 15+ years of experienced professionals. Health Insurance This is very important for you and your family. Health Insurance will be terminated suddenly for a month without prior information. You should know how important a health insurance here in USA Salary - Payment delays every month with a lot of discrepancies, hours differences, follow-ups, Corrections always. Once or twice will be fine, but here every month. Resignation/Final payment I have not received my pending final payments worth ~13000+ even after 6 months of my resignation. Have been following up but no luck as of today. Their records indicate associates have to pay them surprisingly but no documents/calculations will be shared/discussed with consultants at all. High level management is busy from past couple of months even to look at the emails which is so sad. Key Documents/ VISA Interviews: Key supporting documents like H1B Approvals, NIE Letters, Visa Interview supporting Documents none will be shared on time. With their negligence and delays consultant will be literally dyeing with pressure and mental torture. I have received H1 and supporting documents in the morning at 7.30AM when my VISA interview is at 8.30AM in New Delhi Consulate. You can imagine the situation of myself & family.
