        Clean and staff not on site however do monitor property very well. If you're a person that may get behind on your unit they do not do payment arrangements you need to pay in full. That's the only downside. Otherwise quiet location property kept up.

        Rented a 10x20 for about 20 minutes. Signed up with the 50% off first month deal, it reflected in the payment until I hit the last screen which doesn't show the total, then my card was charged for the full amount plus admin fee. Contacted chat rep and was told that deal didn't exist. Requested my money back and then was told they could honor the deal. I didn't trust RedDot at that point and decided to go to a storage facility further away.

        Nice place, you must use a car to drive in the facility or you cannot get out.. found out the hard way.. luckily there was another person there to let me out! LOL. Overall good experience, close to my house. Good location.
