        We are on a long trip and just joined the rewards program the previous visit. We paid our check by scanning the receipt at the table and then we were told that this does not count for rewards. This seems to be a real head scratcher. You want this Rewards program to go forward but you don't count purchases? Not good. We have to rethink this about visiting Cracker Barrel if they don't support their own program. That's kind of misleading. Dietary restrictions: They do have a gluten-free menu. You have to ask for it.

        The host said it would be a 10 min wait. Lots of empty tables. Manager left early. Alot ofbthings needed done. Took forever to get drinks. Didn't tell me he was out of chicken and dumplings until he brought food. Got meatloaf instead. Looked chewed up and spit out. Out of biscuits
