Bloomington Tent & Awning

I contacted this company three times and have not received a response in 2-3 weeks. I'd be cautious of using this company provided the lack of communication.

This company has no regard for the homeowner at all. Called them in 2014 for an estimate on a project on my home, no one bothered showing up. Have them another chance this year and no one has returned a phone call from my message. Bloomington Tent & Awning feels homeowners aren't worth their effort or time apparently. They must have wealth beyond compare. All well and good. Will go to a business outside of my community since this business is not about the community it makes its home in.

Only giving 1 star as this wouldn't post with 0 stars. Mother's contractor contacted Blm Tent and Awning for a deck awning we were getting replaced due to hail damage. Our brochure from the previous awning had the same model as the brochure that the Blm Tent and Awning guy had, so we were pleased to think we would get an identical replacement. Our meeting with Blm Tent and Awning was on Friday 4/19/19. By the following Wednesday our contractor contacted us and said Blm Tent and Awning never contacted him back, so he called multiple days leaving messages. When they still didn't call him back the contractor stopped by their shop to find all the lights on but all the doors were locked. It's been 2 weeks now and the contractor has reached out to a competitor in Peoria to do the work. Apparently Blm Tent and Awning doesn't care if you take your business elsewhere.
