My family and I have purchased dozens of policies from Michael over the last 20 years. It is hard to put a price on good coverage, and great service. Michael has taken my calls on nights and weekends. He has literally saved me thousands by helping me through some tough situations with claims. Michael Lenahan and his team at Country have been invaluable to us for the last 8+ years. (Washington, IL). Comprehensive home insurance claims. Multiple comprehensive and collision vehicle claims for us and teenager drivers. Claims are paid fast and fair. Adding/removing vehicles. Adding rental properties. Questions about literally anything A++ communication always - with our agent and local support staff. Even did a price comparison review recently with another big local company and were choosing to stay with Michael and his team all over again just based on cost and customer service. Great Insurance Agent worked with to make sure I had the proper coverage for my Home, Auto, General Liability, Workers Comp, and Commercial Auto. Very responsive to emails and calls as well I like being able to pick up the phone and reaching my agent w/o having to wait to be prompted by a computer.
