Bought a new heat and glow fireplace to replace my old one. It was 27 years old and was time for a new one Tom and Crew did a great job. I took the old one out and with some advice from Tom had everything ready for the new install took a few hours and everything was great. I was very surprised at the upgrades that were made in the fireplace. I chose to install the surround myself Service: Heating system installation

We had to call many times (as their voice mailbox was full) to schedule an appointment to service our gas fireplace.  We booked the 1st available appointment 6 weeks out and scheduled our day around it. They never showed. They never called, nor could they *return* a call bc no one ever answered and we couldn't leave a message. Very unreliable and unprofessional.
