Mike Williams is the way to go! Excellent service in whatever you need. They're fast, efficient and affordable. When you reach out to them, Bruce Kimler is the man you're looking for!!! He's a great technician! He's honest and doesn't push to sell you services you're not interested in. He asks questions and takes time to understand how you run and use your appliances so he can give tips on how to save money and avoid future problems. He engages in conversation instead of the "get in, check the appliances and get out" type. Very very knowledgeable man. Thanks again Bruce, you're the best!!

I give them 2 stars because they provided same day service, and the technician was polite, courteous, and performed the work in a professional manner. I was pleased with the work performed. I was not pleased with the cost. The drain piping under my kitchen sink was leaking and in need of replacement. The cost for approximately 1 hours work was over $900.00, which included a military discount (of which I am most appreciative) I also had a new kitchen faucet that I asked the technician if he would install. The quote for that was $780.00 I said no. The technician was at my residence for approximately 2 hours, 30 minutes of which was spent in his truck working up the estimates. I had the piping repair completed as they charge $99.00 whether they do the work or not. will definitely not be using them again
