I hired Robert to do my inspection on a home I purchased recently. He is in high demand because he is the best! He came highly recommended by my realtor. Robert was very detailed about checking every little thing. He came up with some valuable recommendations for us to fix and went over every single item in detail over the phone since I couldn't be there in person. We decided not to ask the seller to fix them since they were inconsequential, but we were very glad we had the inspection done because it gave us peace of mind. The price was very fair, and the quality of the work done was A+. I would gladly use Miller Building Inspections in the future, and I highly recommended him to others.

Robert was easy to contact and schedule. He did a thorough inspection and put in the time to build a report and communicate. What really set him apart was him coming back out to take some thermal images with no questions asked. I had scheduled another company but he went above and beyond. Thanks Robert for being a no-nonsense professional.
