Tanner from Rave Homes just built our Dream House! it was of great quality, Tanner was super responsive and Patient through out the Process! Tanner uses all top quality fixtures where other builders give u as an option for upgrades! Prices are very competitive! Most of the contractors for Tanner are super honest Responsive and helpful!

This company is absolutely awful. We closed in 2020 and since then have had nothing but issues. You can feel gusts of cold air coming in from every single window and doorway in the house, the roof has leaked on several occasions, there are even pieces of siding that were uneven and started to come apart on their own. When you reach out to the owner, hes a spineless yes-man who tells you everything you want to hear on the phone and never follows through, and if you try to call him back then hes magically busy all the time. They dont comply with the home warranty. We presented them with a list of things that were wrong and needed fixed not 6 months after closing and moving in. Rave builders solution is duct tape and toothpicks and a little glue. No wonder a Bloomington company is trying to take over Springfield, its because they have been ran out of Bloomington and nobody wants to work with them. This company is terrible and they dont deserve to stay in business.
