Ive been debating over submitting a review or not, as I dont like to be the client who complains, but I decided to use my experience as a forewarning for others. I originally booked my appointment with Lori on May 9th. My hair is quite long and I wanted to keep most of my length and add layers with face framing. Pictured is the inspo photo I supplied. At the end of my appointment, she did a quick blowout, which seemed to hide all of the unevenness and bluntness of my layers. When I washed the curled tips out the next day, this is what I was left with: Absolutely no transition from layer to layer, completely unblended, both sides were asymmetrical from one another, and I had random chunks missing. I reached out to Lauren and she offered to make these mistakes less obvious (grateful for that), but I ultimately left this shop with a haircut I feel Ive needed to hide as its nothing like I wanted.
