Sought out LL Flooring for information to help me deal with a contractor's error (RMS remodel). Angie was so helpful over the phone. The next day I came in to find a match. I've hired LL Flooring to remove the problematic new kitchen floor (because RMS was not responding/scheduling a follow-up with me for 2 months). She had talked to their installer to find out whether they could help me before I came in. Now I have a solution!

At first the person we purchased flooring from was eager to help but after our credit card was charged for $1700.00 the store did not stay in contact with us. We have now been waiting a month for our order to come in. I have called twice and have been told my flooring would be in on certain days and it keeps getting pushed back. Initially I was told 2 weeks. It would have been nice for them to stay in contact and let us know our order was pushed back/delayed. I will not be doing business with LL Flooring again.
