Stop gap company to work for until something inevitably better comes along. IT at this company is run like a sweat shop. There are MUCH better IT jobs out there.

I've worked for Keplr for over a year. The recent changes within the company have been amazing. As a manager of an eye clinic, owned by Keplr, I can say that everyone in upper management is fabulous. From billing to HR, and everything in between...the communication and approvals are seamless. The new structure of the company is so beneficial to patients and employees.

My wife had to quit. Her boss gave her an absolute hard time about taking off for a miscarriage she experienced. Bled through her clothes as her boss wouldnt give her off for it. Eventually told her to quit and take care of herself. She spent a few days in the hospital as she healed up. I hate this place. Do not work here. Dont shop here either.

Tomorrow marks 2 months since an eye exam with the intention of getting new glasses. Gaddie Vision in Kentucky is now owned by Keplr, who makes the glasses (or tries to) in Illinois. Without a doubt, this is the most inept company I've ever had the displeasure of encountering. They simply cannot make a usable pair of glasses the first time, on the second attempt or even the third time. First it was a cracked lens, next came the 50 shades of grey Transitions lense. Yes, only one lense. Finally, the frames (which WERE fine) were mangled. In addition to being incompetent, they're slow and simply couldn't care less if you're happy. By the way, they only have one speed and that's a 3 week turnaround.

Look Optical Aurora Colorado is amazing!! This is the best optical experience you will ever have. When you walk in you're greeted by three friendly smiling faces, the technicians and doctors are patient and incredibly nice about answering any questions you could possibly have for them. The people selling you glasses or contacts always explain every detail and price point to you so you never have to worry about a price shock, and they actually explain your prescription and your needs to you so you understand what you're paying for and why! Genuinely the best optical office I've ever been in I wish I could give them 10 stars!
