Was originally impressed with how quick he came and gave a quote. However, when it came to quality of work it wasnt there. He didnt finish the job and now we have water leaking through the roof down the walls. The deadbolt he installed didnt work - had to have a locksmith correct. The rest will need to be corrected by another contractor. Very disappointed. Had to clean up the area every day from the trash he left.

Very disappointed in the quality of work done when painting our new home. If corners can be cut, he will cut them. We had to constantly remind him of things that needed to be done. Not one wall on the main floor is completely covered nor is much of the trim. They left paint on our hardwood floors and tile including between the pieces of hardwood and on the grout. Some cabinets were not primed, the paint scratches off easily and one handle for a cabinet door was glued back on with dripped running down the newly painted cabinet. There are many areas that were missed in corners and overall looks like the job was rushed.

Awful experience with this person.  I live in Peoria and had a pipe in the attic freeze and break causing a serious issue in my home.  I thought hiring Wayne, he was a plumber but he is not.  He did not know how to dry out walls and did not have proper equipment to do so.  The price for my job began at $5400, then changed to $3300, then $3780 and he was fired after 5 1/2 hours work and he was paid $1560.16 marked PAID IN FULL but continued to hound my insurance claims for $2200.  Bad news!!!  Steammaster is doing AWESOME now and fixing everything.  I am a senior 67 yrs old and I take care of my disabled brother.  I don't want Wayne doing this to anyone else.
