        Our insurance would not allow us to register for a breast pump until 30 days from due date - our daughter decided to come 5 weeks early. As I was in the hospital, I called to request a breast pump. I sent in the prescription and waited for notification for status about 1 week. When I called back, the pump had not shipped, missing paperwork was prevented from sending it out. I requested expedited shipping - they told me they would send 2 day shipping. It is almost 2 weeks, and still no breast pump. The shipping was standard. Poor experience all around and lack of customer service for extenuating circumstances

        I filled out their online form for my free breast pump through insurance. After a few days I received an email with my options and they also offered some pumps that I could additionally to upgrade for. I decided to get the Madela because my sister used one and they shipped free to me after my doctor sent in my prescription! Easy service!!!!!
