        They must've hired people off the streets for this company. They don't tell you anything about your claim. You jump around phone call to phone call and they don't even send you the correct information about your claim in the mail. Someone should sue this ******* company.

        The people here are very rude and cold. They are unwilling to set up lower end payments or negotiate at all. They put you on hold with no warning and in general have an attitude. I cannot wait until I never have to come in contact with this office again. Like talking to a brick wall.
