        I'm not sure what goes on at this place, but it is definitely not computer repair. Took my laptop in on a Monday a three weeks ago. Waited a week and called to see what the progress was and they told me "we will get to is this afternoon." Waited another week and called again and they gave me the exact same response. Finally a week later they called and told me the motherboard was bad and would be too expensive to fix. Took it to another place and got if fixed for $200. Zero of five would not recommend.

        Brought my external hard drive in to be looked at, waited a week before going in to see what the update is. Their response was O well I gave up on it yesterday. Never got a single update, just a response that they gave up. They sounded kind of whiny when they saw the external hard drive was powered by a USB. Nice group of guys and they didnt charge me for trying, but if they start complaining of limitations to their ability to fix your problem, you may want to find someone who enjoys more complex problems
