This place had me wanting to kill I went to a mental health hospital they threatened me and my mother who passed away I couldn't afford medical bills due to them constantly threatening me not only that but when I asked to lower my monthly payment they refused cause I was trying to help pay my medical expenses for my mother they are crooks and scam artist my mother would still be alive if it wasn't for them as soon as I was almost done paying off my bills of 2,000$ they told me a bill of 13,000 was charged $ unfortunately I didn't have any law knowledge but now that I know my rights and have a attorney I will be pursuing legal actions

They are very very rude I called them because Ive gotten two letters from them about an grand theft the apparently had my name in it(it was spelled wrong) and they was rude the whole time meanwhile I was just concerned about what in the world was going on. DO BETTER

They are predatory. I hope all the decent employees working for them get out. I was involved in a car accident for which I was not responsible. I was T-boned in an intersection while I had a green arrow. AFNI sent me a physical letter on behalf of Progressive that heavily suggested I was actually responsible and could pay Progressive for the loss. They whipped out some scare tactics of "...your driver's license might be suspended..." Then they included everything short of their Venmo as legitimate forms of payment just to make it really easy for the poor uninformed people they're trying to trap with letters like these to unwittingly hand over cash they don't owe. This way AFNI's customers surprisingly get money they didn't anticipate! It just comes at the cost of AFNI's honor and out of the pocket of people too innocent to know they're being duped. Given the other reviews this company has, it seems like the entire 3rd floor of their office building might just be a scamming office where crooks go to figure out how they can leech the world and give each other trainings on how they can legally steal more money. Someone should make a viral tweet about how shady this company is. Then they should take them to court and sue them for all they're worth.

Keep getting harassed by this company about a accident that me or my car was never involved in. 1st the alleged name on this accident report and who they asked for when calling don't exist! I legally changed my maiden name in 2020!! The alleged car involved also is registered in my MARRIAGE NAME not maiden. I have insurance on the alleged car in my legal name, why wouldn't I give it to the police, PEOPLE PLEASE STOP SENDIMG THEM MONEY THEY'RE SCAMMING UOU
